Olivelands School will be pre-enrolling new TK and Kindergarten students for the 2024-2025 school year.

For the 2024 -2025  Academic School Year:

  • Students who turn five years of age between September 2, 2024 and June 2, 2025 are eligible to enroll for Transitional

    Kindergarten (TK).

  • Students enrolling for Kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1, 2024

For new TK and Kindergarten Students: Make sure to schedule your child’s immunization appointment with your doctor this summer. Proof of immunizations is required by the first day of school. A physical examination and oral health assessment are also needed. Verification forms can be downloaded below and they are due to the Olivelands School office by Monday, AUGUST 5.

You may enroll for the 2024-2025 school year if you recently moved into the district.

If you do not live in the district, you must obtain an INTER-DISTRICT TRANSFER before pre-enrolling. This process begins with your home district.

You cannot begin Pre-Enrollment with the school until you receive approval from Briggs School District!

Step #1 Pre-Enrollment 

Click on the link above to fill out the pre-enrollment form. You can ADD multiple children in one submission. Once you fill out all sections, you will submit the information in the program. You will need a personal email address and account to complete.

Step #2: Residency Questionnaire

Click on the link below and fill out the residency questionnaire. YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER ONE FOR EACH CHILD.

Step #3: Additional Documents

The following documents need to be copied and submitted to the secretary by email, fax, or make an appointment to drop off: Birth Certificate and Two Proofs of Residency Verification. TK-K students only: Immunization record, Student Health Records (Physical) and Oral Health Records (Dental).

Step #4 Confirmation: Once you have submitted the information, the school secretary will contact you with the next steps. This only applies to students registering for the current school year.
